Started by DON LEVIG in 1976, the LEVIG DESIGN GROUP is proud to have provided professional building design and engineering services in the San Diego area for more than 30 years.
During that time Don has designed more than 2500 homes and numerous commercial projects in and around San Diego, and the distinctive 'Levig' designs can be seen in many local areas including Ramona, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Scripps, Rancho Cielo, Escondido, Julian, Borrego Springs, and Temecula.
In 2001 Don's son, DON L LEVIG II, joined the firm. As a Professional Licensed Engineer, he expanded the firm's ability to offer 'in-house' engineering, a service which has greatly benefitted our clients.
We keep up-to-date with the latest design and building trends, and are aware of our clients' desires to have homes and offices that are more energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly. In addition to conventional construction, we have experience with various ICF (insulated concrete form) construction methods.
The creative team that makes up the LEVIG DESIGN GROUP prides itself in producing exceptional work in a timely manner. We listen and work closely with our clients, guiding them through the sometimes-complex issues and obstacles presented by the various regulatory agencies.
