Since 1976 we have had the pleasure of designing a wide variety of buildings - cozy cabins in the mountains, fabulous southwest desert homes, and sprawling executive mansions. We were also glad to be able to help many of the victims of the devastating Cedar Fire in 2003, and clients who more-recently lost their homes in the Witch Fire in October 2007, designing their new homes and helping them through the entire rebuilding process. No job is too big or too small, and our goal is to treat each of our clients as if they were our only client.
With less affordable, buildable land available, we have also seen more clients deciding to remodel. Often they may have outgrown their present home, but really don't want to leave their neighborhood, and adding extra space is the solution. Or maybe you're just needing a kitchen or bathroom makeover....
Our in-house engineering services set us apart from most other design companies. We are able to complete projects in a more timely manner, and can address structural issues during the design process, resulting in cost savings to our clients - a huge benefit.
We keep up-to-date with the latest design and building trends, are aware of our clients' desires to have homes and offices that are more energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly, and have experience with various ICF (insulated concrete forms) construction methods.
The Levig Design Group is known for its 'contractor-friendly' plans, and we have developed an excellent working relationship with a number of local contractors - we'll be glad to furnish a list upon request.
